SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery in the Innisfil and Barrie area is FREE  

We also deliver our frozen raw product locally to Simcoe County, York Region, GTA, and surrounding areas. A small delivery fee may apply. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, we will happily offer a refund. For unopened products, returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. 

 

Returns to Store

Both in-store and online purchases can be returned or exchanged to our store for a refund. To process your return in-store, please bring along the following:

 

Debit/credit card used to make the purchase

In-store receipt or shipping confirmation email

Online Orders

Please email us at info@wildernessraw.com or call (705) 615-9820, and we can refund your order. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was caused by Wilderness Raw.

All Returns:

  • Food and treats must be in their original packaging and contain more than 50% of the initial quantity. Cases of raw food must be returned whole (not just a single protein from the case).

  • The item must be in the same condition as at the time of sale. 

  • The item does not represent the quality standards of purchasing the product. 

  • Toys are non-returnable unless deemed defective. 

Always supervise your pet during play and remove toys with rips/missing pieces, no toys are truly indestructible. 

 

Goods returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded for a store gift card. If a gift card was used as partial payment, that returned amount will be placed on a new store gift card before the remaining refund is applied. Additionally, if a customer makes frequent returns of the same item(s) repeatedly and/or returns in bulk often, these returns may be refused at our sole discretion.

Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused.

Paying Via Credit Card/In-Store Pick-up

In an effort to deter fraud, we will ask to see a driver’s licence when a customer pays by credit card online and is picking up in-store. Since credit cards usually carry only the name of the cardholder. We will examine the licence and photograph to verify that the person presenting the credit card is the cardholder. This will help with future charge-backs and credit card theft.

 

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, during online checkout, you will be presented with an option to provide the name and phone number of a pick-up person, if you will not be the one to pick up the order. We will confirm their Identity by asking for I.D. as well.
